WHO IS TONY ROCHA?

Tony Rocha, a hair master from Luxembourg is well known for his talent.
As an artist in the first place, he has ability to make a huge difference in paying attention to details. In fact, he transforms everything he touches and puts his own signature in the Fashion World of Luxembourg.
He has an eye of a visagist, the talent of a stylist and is truly living his trade.
It's here, where Tony started as an apprentice in hairstyling. That was in 1985. With his graduation diploma in the pocket he knew right away that he won't waist his time on shampooing. Passionate about fashion he understood what it means to create one of a kind atmosphere for his clients.
That's why he has love for fashion shows!
For 15 years as an artistic directeur and manager of a French hair salon franchise (Dessange) he also was responsible for technical education and the image of his branch.
He landed in many pictures of the salon that were published in magazines and newspapers throughout the years.
His talent became also visible during film and commercial productions. Few celebrities had the opportunity to take advantage of Tony's services at the Cannes Film Festival which inspired him to create his own collection "COIFFURE ROCHA"
By putting his experience and knowledge all together a vision of his own salon was born and in June 2008 a dream came true; in the heart of Luxembourg the door of Rocha Coiffure opened to its clients.
In 2009 in Paris, during the "Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010" Tony was a part of a Haute Couture Fashion Show by a Belgian designer Tim Van Steenbergen, where he was working his magic.
SoHo Collection :
As the lower pqrt of Manhattan, NYC – SoHo is known for its deversity.
The early 1800` was an elegant period in SoHo`s history. Principally residential, was first inhabited by the wealthy. Than many enterprises became attracted by the area and as the activity increased , the city first red-light district was soon established.
The 60` came to represent the hip avant-garde scene.
All of these reasons make SoHo the heart and soul of New York City.
And because SoHo is today such a famous backdrop for movie locations and fashion shoots , Tony became intrigued by its side and created this Extravagant, Urban-Chick and Glamorous collection.

Ce quartier le plus diversifie dans le bas de Manhattan a eu une longue histoire.
Le début des années 1800 a été une période élégante dans l`histoire de SoHo. Principalement résidentiel, le quartier fut d`abord habitée par les riches. En temps voulu, le développement rapide a attire de nombreuses entreprises. Comme l`activité a augmenté, le petit rues adjacentes ont également commence a se développer. Les maisons closes étaient fréquentes dans la région et la ville du premier « quartier rouge » a été rapidement établi.
Dans les années 1960 SoHo est venue a représenter la scène Avant-gardiste.
Toutes ces raisons font de SoHo le cœur et l`âme de New York. Il est aussi la toile de fond pour les emplacements de films et photos de mode.
Tony a été inspire et il a crée cette collection Extravagante, Urbain-Chick et Glamour.
