Sire brings his universe in the magazine "Métal hurlant" in 1976 :
pin-ups lavish and lascivious, machines and monsters, motorcycles and
sport cars. For Sire, the women pilot cars, motorcycles, men and
monsters. During an around ten years, he realizes masterpieces : "Bois
Willys", " 6T mélodie", "Lisa Bay". Then he produces less. It will be
necessary to waitn 1992 for a version reshaped of "Bois Willys" : "
Ziblyne and Bettie ", then 1997 for "L'île des Amazones" with
Jean-Pierre Dionnet.
He also has a musical activity with his group "Dennis Twist" which will
be successful at the beginning of the 80s.
Prince of the baroque illustration, lover of one of the most beautiful
motorcycles to the world : the Triumph (after the Norton, Ah! Ah!),
artist of improbable women in bosoms in the form of shells, it is an
illustrator of whom we shall NEVER forget !
