 While a feral criminal is admitted at hospital, Nathan is on the grave of his defunct wife Laura, and later at Sinclair Asylum, to visit his autistic child Ann. Dr. Leyla Duchateau , who is treating Ann , shows him drawings that her daughter has done recently. They make him recall some tragic events of his past.     

Pen and Ink

Nicola Mari was born in Ferrara in 1967. In the 1980s, he cooperated with Edifumetto, Acme, Glamour International and Glittering Images. Starting in 1992, he has illustrated a few stories for Ken Parker Magazine, and published 'Tarocchi del Futuro'. Some titles of his albums are 'Uomini Ombra', 'Vampyrus', 'I Figli della Notte' and 'La Storia di Kathy Teller'. For Bonelli, he has done art on series like 'Dylan Dog' and 'Nathan Never'.
